01 How do I know how many calories each bite has?
Every bite is 20 g and its calories are printed on the pack: 86 kcal for Cheesecake, 87 kcal for Mosaic and 88 kcal for Ube Vanilla.
02 Do TOTHELO bites contain sugar?
TOTHELO bites are made with sweeteners, but they also contain sugars from individual ingredients of their recipe, such as biscuits, depending on the flavour.
